Welcome to Shoreditch Park Surgery
We hope to use our surgery website as a way of presenting all our patients with an up to date resource for all information relating to our practice. We will keep it current with any news, developments and details that are relevant to the practice and our patients.
As well as a source of information about our practice, the staff and the services we provide, we hope you use the website as a useful resource with links to other reliable websites for health related information. If there is topical health information we will also add this to the website.
Have a look around our website and please do send us some feedback. We can use your thoughts to improve our online services and further develop the website to make it a more useful, practical application for our patients.
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF REGISTRATIONS AT SHOREDITCH PARK SURGERY
After careful consideration we have made the decision to temporarily suspend our list which means we will not register new patients for the next 6 months.
The reason for this is that over recent months we have seen an unprecedented rise in the number of patients wishing to join our practice. In the interest of patient safety and in order to maintain our high standards, we have no alternative but to temporarily suspend new patient registrations.
However, local lists remain open and patients are welcome to register. You can find details of these on : www.nhs.uk and enter your postcode in the Find Local Services bar under the GP heading.
Please note : the Hoxton Surgery are located on the upper floor of this building and their list remains open. Please contact them to confirm their registrations process.
Finally, we are working hard to find a solution to this problem with local commissioners and NHS England.
We thank you for your patience at this time.
We have recently introduced the patient access system. Using Patient Access, you can view, book and cancel appointments from home, work or on the move – wherever you can connect to the internet. What’s more, because Patient Access is a 24 hour online service – you can do this in your own time, day or night. Please ask at reception how to register and for your individual pin code.
Friends and Family Test
The Department of Health has been using the Friends and Family test in Hospitals as a satisfaction measure for some time. This year General Practices have been asked to collect and publish information from their own patients for the first time. Please click on "take our patient survey" or click the button below to complete this short survey.
