Appointments
Patients may make appointments via the receptionist during opening hours by telephone. Members of the reception team will also be happy to assist with other enquiries regarding the services offered by the practice.
Please note, only one patient per appointment. If you feel your problem is urgent and cannot wait until the next available appointment slot, please inform the receptionist who will take advice from the doctor. There is a duty doctor on call each morning and afternoon.
We also offer Extended Access appointments on Thursday evenings (6:30pm - 8:00pm) to City and Hackney patients.
These appointments are available at GP practices across City & Hackney. Patients can book these appointments by contacting their own GP practice during opening hours or by calling NHS 111 when their practice is closed.
Staff at those practices will have access to your medical records to ensure that you receive the best possible care and support.
