IMPORTANT NOTICE


WE REGRET TO INFORM ALL PATIENTS THAT FROM 16.3.2020 WE WILL BE WORKING UNDER EMERGENCY MEASURES


THIS MEANS ALL ROUTINE DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE CURRENTLY BOOKED, WILL BE CANCELLED AND GOING FORWARD WE WILL BE OFFERING A TELEPHONE TRIAGE SYSTEM.


RECEPTION WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK ANY DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS


IF YOU NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION, YOU NEED TO TELEPHONE US, YOU WILL THEN BE ADDED TO A TELEPHONE TRIAGE MESSAGE BOOK AND A DOCTOR WILL CALL YOU BACK TO DECIDE HOW BEST TO TREAT YOUR PROBLEM


WE WOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR YOUR SUPPORT DURING THESE TEMPORARY CHANGES AND HOPE TO RESUME A NORMAL SYSTEM AS SOON AS WE ARE ABLE TO

Evening & Weekend Appointments - Extended Access

 

In addition to the practice opening hours, patients in City & Hackney have access to GPs, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists and Healthcare Assistants / blood clinic appointments from 6.30pm - 8.00pm Monday to Friday and to GP appointments from 8.00am - 8.00pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays as part of the Extended Hours GP Access Service.

 

We also offer Extended Access appointments on Thursday evenings (6:30pm - 8:00pm) to City and Hackney patients.

 

These appointments are available at GP practices across City & Hackney.  Patients can book these appointments by contacting their own GP practice during opening hours or by calling NHS 111 when their practice is closed. 

 

Staff at those practices will have access to your medical records to ensure that you receive the best possible care and support.
