Making an appointment

You can schedule an appointment by calling reception during our regular hours. Our reception team can also help you with any questions about our services.

Please remember that each appointment is for one patient only. If you think you need more time to talk about your health concern, you can ask for a longer appointment. If your problem is urgent and can't wait for the next available appointment, please tell the receptionist. We have a doctor on call in the morning and afternoon.

We offer both phone and in-person help for patients who don't speak English. When you book an in-person appointment, just let our receptionist know you need someone to help you communicate, and they'll be glad to help you.

Extended Access Appointments

We have extra appointments in the morning (7:30 am - 8:00 am on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) for patients from City and Hackney.

To book one of these appointments you can call reception.

Access

Our health centre is easy for disabled patients to use. Wheelchair access is available in all areas, such as the waiting room, doctor's rooms, and toilets

Cancellations

If you can't make it to your appointment, please call reception so we can offer it to someone else.

Duty Doctor Service

DUTY DOCTOR SERVICE – FOR WHEN YOU HAVE AN URGENT MEDICAL PROBLEM

Available 8am - 6.30pm MONDAY – FRIDAY (excluding bank holidays)

  1. Phone the surgery and explain to reception that you have an urgent problem
  2. When you call, reception will ask what's going on with you, and then they'll put your name on the Duty Doctor's list
  3. The Duty Doctor will ring you back within 2 hours
  4. The Duty Doctor will decide with you what you need, which could be:
  • Advice over the phone
  • An appointment at the surgery
  • A home visit if you are really not well
  • A referral to another service

This service offers you quick access to your GP practice, where they know you and have your full medical record. We recommend this service instead of going to A&E at the hospital.
