IMPORTANT NOTICE


WE REGRET TO INFORM ALL PATIENTS THAT FROM 16.3.2020 WE WILL BE WORKING UNDER EMERGENCY MEASURES


THIS MEANS ALL ROUTINE DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE CURRENTLY BOOKED, WILL BE CANCELLED AND GOING FORWARD WE WILL BE OFFERING A TELEPHONE TRIAGE SYSTEM.


RECEPTION WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK ANY DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS


IF YOU NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION, YOU NEED TO TELEPHONE US, YOU WILL THEN BE ADDED TO A TELEPHONE TRIAGE MESSAGE BOOK AND A DOCTOR WILL CALL YOU BACK TO DECIDE HOW BEST TO TREAT YOUR PROBLEM


WE WOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR YOUR SUPPORT DURING THESE TEMPORARY CHANGES AND HOPE TO RESUME A NORMAL SYSTEM AS SOON AS WE ARE ABLE TO

Repeat Prescriptionsmedication7

We require 48 hours notice for repeat medication. Requests can be made in writing (post or fax), online or in person. You can also ask your regular pharmacy to request your prescription on your behalf.

You can use our online repeat prescription utility by clicking on the link above and completing a one-off registration.

Please note we are unable to accept repeat requests for contraception. Please make a routine appointment with the practice nurse.

Medication Reviews

Periodically you will be asked to attend the surgery for a review of your medication and this will be printed on your repeat slip. Please ensure you attend in order to avoid delays in further prescriptions being issued.

48_hoursPlease allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and ready for collections and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
