Novel Coronavirus Public Health England Patient Advice

1. All travellers who develop relevant symptoms, however mild, within 14 days of returning from mainland China, should self-isolate at home immediately and call NHS 111.

2. All travellers from Wuhan and Hubei Province should self-isolate for 14 days, even if they do not have symptoms, due to the increased risk from that area.

Repeat Prescriptionsmedication7

We require 48 hours notice for repeat medication. Requests can be made in writing (post or fax), online or in person. You can also ask your regular pharmacy to request your prescription on your behalf.

You can use our online repeat prescription utility by clicking on the link above and completing a one-off registration.

Please note we are unable to accept repeat requests for contraception. Please make a routine appointment with the practice nurse.

Medication Reviews

Periodically you will be asked to attend the surgery for a review of your medication and this will be printed on your repeat slip. Please ensure you attend in order to avoid delays in further prescriptions being issued.

48_hoursPlease allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and ready for collections and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
